摘要
国外有些研究认为,集体主义会阻碍个人创新,但在中日韩等传统集体主义国家的经济发展中,创新的贡献却有目共睹。为分析理论研究与现实矛盾的原因,对集体主义与个人创新的关系进行了探索,主要研究创新需求、领导风格和团队工作3类情景因素的作用。理论分析显示,在明确的外界创新需求、变革型领导和家长式领导、团队工作方式下,集体主义对个人创新有显著的积极作用。这一结论打破了集体主义不利于创新的传统观点,为未来研究提供了理论基础。
Previous research assumed that collectivism value hindered the creativity. However, the contribution of creativity to economic growth in traditional collectivistic country such as China and Japan is obvious. The paper focuses on the relationship between collectivism and individual creativity, and discusses the moderating roles of contextual factors, including creativity demand, leadership style and teamwork. We find that when there have high creativity demand, transformational and paternalistic, and teamwork, collectivism plays a significantly positive role to prompt individual creativity.
