Empirical Study on Trial Production Performance Factors of Industrialization of Scientific and Technological Achievements

首先,采用元分析方法,将不同学者从不同视角定性总结出的产品试制绩效影响因子进行系统整理与精炼提纯;其次,采取探索性因子分析方法,运用基于元分析的问卷直接设计和基于类目网格技术的问卷间接设计相结合的方法,形成科技成果产业化产品试制绩效影响因子调查问卷;再次,利用SPSS18.0统计软件对获取到的有效调查数据进行因子分析,提取出18个产品试制绩效影响因子和6个公因子,由此确定出影响科技成果产业化产品试制绩效的关键因素;最后,对科技成果产业化产品试制绩效影响因子的影响机理进行讨论与佐证,为提高科技成果产业化产品试制绩效提供借鉴。

This paper firstly used the methods of meta-analysis to sort out and purify factors that influence trial production performance, which were from varied perspectives of different scholars; Secondly, it used exploratory factor analysis method and designed the questionnaire combining direct questionnaire based on the meta-analysis table with indirect ques- tionnaire based on the repertory grid technique; Then, the effective investigation data was analyzed by SPSS18.0 statistical software according to exploratory factor analysis, 18 trial production performance factors and 6 public factors are extracted, and the key factors of trial production performance were identified; Finally, we discussed and proved the influence mechanism of trial production performance factors, and hoped to offer some help to improve trial production performance of industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
