摘要
从竞争走向竞合,是区域科技创新发展的趋势,也是优化区域整体创新能力的基础。基于CAS理论的4大基本性质和3大内在机制,确定了区域科技创新竞合关系的8个影响因素,并运用模糊QFD和模糊TOPSIS方法,分别设计了竞合关系影响因素的重要度和改进需求度评价方法,进而实证研究了长三角区域科技创新竞合关系影响因素的重要度排序,以及长三角区域3大竞合圈各自影响因素的改进需求度排序,最后提出优化长三角区域科技创新竞合关系的建议。
The development trend of regional scientific and technological innovation is from competition to Co-opetition, which can optimize regional innovation ability. This paper summarizes eight influence factors which deeply impact Co-opetition relationship of scientific and technological innovation according to the four fundamental natures and three internal mechanisms of Complex Adap tive System theory. Then the paper designs methods to sort the importance and improvement demand of influence factors by using fuzzy QFD and fuzzy TOPSIS method. Finally, this paper takes the Yangtze delta district as an example to do the empirical study and makes some proposal to promote the Co-opetition relationship development of scientific and technological innovation in Yangtze delta district.
