摘要
剖析了研发服务提升制造业能级的内涵与机理,分析了"十一五"时期宁波研发服务提升制造业能级的举措与成效以及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了完善区域科技创新体系、深化园内外科技交流与合作、加大科技服务金融支持的对策和建议。
The article analyzes the connotation and mechanism of how the service of Research and Development can upgrade manufacturing level.
