The innovation is the basis of survival and development for an enterprise. However it is not easy, it is also accompanied by risks. Whether the innovation enterprise can effectively control the major risks exiting in sustainable innovation process or not determines the result of innovation. Therefore, the building of evaluation index system of innovation enterprises on major risk management capacities can make enterprises correctly assess their levels of major risk management capacities, improve their own deficiencies and make sustainable innovation proceed smoothly.
