摘要
技术创新科技人才分为核心人员与外围人员两种类型,他们与企业存在不同的雇佣关系,可以用数量柔性与功能柔性来衡量。实证结果表明,人才雇佣柔性与技术创新绩效存在3种关系:减弱关系、不完全连接关系和紧密关系。其中,内部柔性(包括功能柔性与数量柔性)与创新绩效存在正向相关关系;在外部柔性的3个因素中,短期雇佣与创新存在负向相关关系;临时服务中介雇佣与创新关系不显著,咨询公司雇佣与创新存在正向相关关系。
Technique Innovation Performance depends mostly on Scientific and Technologic Talents and their employment flexibility offers new ways for HR manager to get and attract talents. Different types of talents (core or periphery) have different employment relationships. Numerical flexibility and functional flexibility are considered as two basic dimensions of Talents Employment flexibility. The results of this survey to Chinese Enterprise indicate that three models exist which are de-coupled relation, semi-coupled relation and closely coupled relation. Internal flexibility dimensions are positively related to innovativeness. Regarding external flexibility, 'short term hires 'is negatively related to innovativeness; temporary help agencies' employees is not significantly related to innovativeness; 'Consulting/contracting firms 'is positively related to innovativeness.
