摘要
目的优选泻肺平喘灵颗粒的水提工艺。方法采用L9(34)水平设计正交实验,以盐酸麻黄碱、总蒽醌、浸膏得率进行多指标综合评分,考察3种因素(加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数)对其提取工艺的影响。结果泻肺平喘灵颗粒水提优选工艺条件为加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论优选的工艺稳定、可行可作为工业化生产的实验依据。
Objective To optimize the extract process for preparing xiefei pingchuan ling granules. Methods The three extracting factors as water volume, extracting time, and frequency on the extracting process were studied by comphrehensively evaluating the yield of ephedrine hydrochloride, total anthraquinone, and extractum with orthogonal test of L9(34 ) method. Results The optimum extracting technologies for preparing xiefei pingchuan ling granules were that by using ten times of water, extracting three times, one hour for each time. Conclusion The optimized process is feasible and stable, which provides experimental evidences for the industrial production.
