摘要
针对双金属复合管焊接时易产生层间未熔合或夹渣、主要合金元素烧损、熔池金属塌陷形成焊瘤、背面氧化成形不良、焊缝周围碳原子迁移影响防腐效果等焊接缺陷,结合双金属复合管的结构特点及国内外焊接技术应用现状,分析了双金属复合管的焊接原则、管端设计、焊接方法、焊接材料选取、坡口设计以及工艺控制要点,并对其焊接相关技术发展趋势进行了探讨。最后指出双金属复合管在进一步发展其高效焊接及检测技术的同时,应建立适合于双金属复合管结构特点的耐蚀性能评价体系。
Some defects easily occurr during duplex metal composited tube welding ,such as non-fusion or slag inclusion in interlayer, main alloying elements burning loss, welding beading caused from fused bath collapse, the back imperfect oxidation formation, carbon atom around weld influence coating effect and so on. Combined with the the characteristics of duplex metal composited tube and the current application status of welding technology at China domestic and abroad, it analyzed welding principle, pipe end design, welding methods, welding material selection, bevel design, the key points of process control, and discussed the corresponding welding technology development trend. In the end, it pointed out when develop high-effeciency welding and mesurement technique, it should set up assessment system of corrosion resistance property, which is applicable for structural features of duplex metal composited tube.
