摘要
针对新型立式六缸钻井泵中的圆柱偏心凸轮机构,进行了活塞运动规律的研究,设计了动力端凸轮机构,分析了偏心凸轮对排量不均度的影响,运用软件绘制偏心凸轮的轮廓线。研究结果对六缸钻井泵的圆柱偏心凸轮的设计、制造提供了理论依据。
This paper studies 'the piston motion law of cylindrical eccentric cam mechanism in the new-- style vertical six - cylinder drilling pump, designs power end of cam mechanism, analyses the impact of eccentric cam on non - uniformity degree of drill pump displacement, and draws cam profile curve of eccentric cam. The study results provide the theoretical basis for the design and manufacturing of cylindrical eccentric cam mechanism of six- cylinder drilling pump.
