摘要
整个控制系统主要是由计算机控制实现医用梯度凝胶胶片的生产过程。其分为两大部分,上位机控制系统和下位机系统。上位机主要是完成初始化设置和指令发送。下位机系统采用C8051F020单片机为主控单元,外围电路由12864液晶屏、步进电机、串口通信、光电耦合、键盘、继电器、交流电磁阀等部分组成。通过对该系统的研究,对上位机软件、主控电路、步进电机驱动电路、液体管路控制电路4个模块作了详细论述。系统的直接控制对象是步进电机,通过对系统的完整性设计和调试,可以完成对步进电机和电磁阀的实时控制。进行系统测试显示,控制系统能满足凝胶胶片按一定浓度梯度分布的设计制作要求。系统作为医用制胶的全自动设备,很好地解决了人工生产的复杂性,以及大规模生产的不足性。
The whole control controlled by computer to realize gel film production process. It is system is mainly medical gradient divided into two parts, PC control system and lower position machine system. C8051F020 microcontroller is adopted as master control unit in lower position machine system, peripheral circuit consist of 12864 LCD screen, step motor, serial port communication, photoelectric coupling, keyboard, relay, AC electromagnetic valve components. Through the research of the system, a detailed discussion are the PC software, main control circuit, stepping motor drive circuit, liquid line control circuit four modules. The stepping motor is a direct control object of the system, based on the integrity of the system design and debugging. It is can complete the stepper motor and electromagnetic valve of real - time control. The system test shows that the control system can satisfy the gel film in a certain concentration gradient distribution of design and production requirements.
