采用大豆纤维开发双面玉米针织物

摘要 选择19.7 tex(30S)大豆纤维纱和16.7 tex(150 D)涤纶DTY,在2+4针道普通双面大圆机上交织,开发出一款外表面有隆起的纵向泡泡、像玉米棒的双面针织物。介绍了该双面玉米针织物的编织工艺、染整工艺和面料性能,并对编织过程中弯纱深度、进纱张力、导纱器安装位置、牵拉张力的调试进行了重点分析,为针织新面料的开发提供参考。 his paper developed a corn-shape patterned knitted fabric which has a uplift of the longitudinal bubble surface, by using the 19.7 tex (30S)soybean fiber and 16.7 tex DTY, on the ordinary double circle machine of 2+4 needle track. It introduces the knitting technology, dyeing and finishing process and material performance of the fabric, mainly focuses on the process of sinking depth, tension control, guide installation position. The results obtained in this paper can be reference for development of innovative knitted fabrics on the ordinary double circle machine.
