摘要 针对目前市场上多数面料只能通过吸湿排汗带走人体热量,不能直接吸收人体热量向外释放的缺点,在双面提花圆纬机上应用新型常压可染阳离子涤纶和锦纶交织,开发吸湿导热排汗网眼针织物。介绍了该面料的上机编织工艺,包括设备参数、原料规格、织针排列、三角排列、纱线配置、编织图等,以及染整工艺流程和处方。结果表明:该导热排汗网眼针织物最大特点在于能够快速吸收人体皮肤表面热量向外界释放,同时具有优异的吸湿排汗性能,穿着凉爽、舒适,特别适合制作夏装。 Presently the most fabric can only absorb moisture and take away body heat, could not absorb body heat and release outward. This paper developed the thermal-conductive and moisture-permeable mesh knitted fabric by interweaving of new atmospheric dyeing cationic polyester filament and cotton yarn on double jacquard circular knitting machine. The knitting technology of this fabric include equipment parameters, material specification, ar- rangement of needles and cams, yarn allocation, knitting pattern and dyeing technology. The result suggests that this fabric has good thermal-conductive and moisture-permeable function, which can absorb heat on the surface of skin and release outwards, especially for summer wear of its cool feeling and comfortable.
