摘要
应用电脑横机编织3种基本组织(纬平针、双反面、罗纹)羊毛衫织物并在悬垂状态下测量其尺寸变化,研究不同组织结构织物悬垂尺寸的变化规律。结果表明:织物横向悬垂尺寸随时间变化趋势呈指数关系,纵向悬垂尺寸随时间变化趋势呈对数关系;大部分织物尺寸变化经历时间为60 min;3种组织织物中罗纹织物悬垂尺寸变化最小,纬平针织物变化最大,双反面织物居中。
Three kinds of basic organization (flat knit, purl, rib) of wool fabric woven by computer flat knitting machine, then measured their size in drape state, in order to study the dimensional changes of different structure of woollen sweater fabric in drape state. The result suggested that the dimensional changes with time trends toward the exponential relation in transverse direction, the Logarithmic relationship in longitudinal direction. The effective time of most fabric completed the deformation is 60 rain. In the same conditions, rib fabric has the minimal changes in size, plain weft knitted fabric is the biggest, purl fabric in the middle.
