摘要
将黄芩甙提取液作为抗菌剂应用于纯毛针织物的抗菌整理中,分析了抗菌剂用量、焙烘温度以及水洗次数对抑菌率的影响,结合整理织物的白度和透气量,确定了最佳抗菌剂用量为8%、最佳焙烘温度为80℃。试验证明,纯毛针织物经黄芩甙抗菌剂整理后,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌抑菌效果好,抑菌率在90%以上;且耐洗涤性能良好,水洗15次后对这3种菌的抑菌率仍在88%以上。
Used baicalin as antibacterial agent in the antibacterial finishing of wool knitting fabrics, analyzed the influence of antibacterial agent dosage, curing temperature and washing times on the antibacterial rate. In con- sideration of wool fabrics whiteness and air permeability after antibacterial finishing, it is concluded that the opti- mum antibacterial agent dosage is 8%, the optimum curing temperature is 80 ~C. After baicalin antibacterial finish- ing, it is found that the wool knitting fabrics have a good antibacterial effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis, the antibacterial rate are all above 90%. Meanwhile, the antibacterial property is high- ly resistant to washing, after washing 15 times, the antibacterial rate are all still above 88%.
