摘要
文中分析了现行国标中关于纺织品水分蒸发速率测试方法的缺点,提出了改进方法;同时介绍了如何使用Origin软件代替Excel软件绘制曲线切线的方法。结果表明,改进方案与现行标准方法相比,由于采用了自制长方形绷框,并使用了性能更好的Origin软件进行切线拟合,且排除了影响水分蒸发速率试验结果的诸多因素,因此所得数据具有平行性好、精度高的优点。
Analyzed the drawbacks of the textile moisture evaporation rate present testing method mentioned in standard, proposed an improvement method and introduced how to draw curve tangent by Origin software instead of Excel software. The results show that due to applying Origin software with high performance, as well as self-made rectangles tension box, the influences of moisture evaporation rate are avoided, the improvement method can lead to results with high accuracy and good parallel property.
