The thesis has introduced that the library of Heilongjiang Institute of science and Technology had brought two methods with practical experience that the Volunteer Service has been offered by Youth Volunteer Association and recruited compulsory volunteer librarian to make library volunteer service activities normalization, institution and coincidence better to the assist service in the period of steady development.
