摘要
针对嘉兴市水环境方面存在的主要问题 ,提出了以“区域协调、区内治理”为指导思想的水资源开发及保护对策。
Based upon analysis of main problems existing in water environment,the author put forward the countermeasures of water resources exploitation and protection for Jiaxing,which was guided by the principles,including strengthening regional incorporation and local environmental management.
