结合江西省大学生电脑大赛,介绍了新余学院学练赛结合培养软件创新人才的背景,分析了该项竞赛对教师专业素质提高所起的推动作用,阐述了该项竞赛对调动大学生学习主动性、培养学生的实践能力、创新能力所起的促进作用,探讨建立"课内实验-课程设计-大赛实践-毕业设计"的学练赛结合软件创新人才培养模式。

Combining the college students computer competition in Jiangxi province, this paper introduces the background of fostering software innovation talents by learning and doing exercises in our college, analyses the promoting function of the competition in impro- ving teachers＇professional quality, demonstrates how the competition mobilize students＇learning initiative and foster students＇practice a- bility and innovative ability, explores the practice teaching system of experiment in class, curriculum design, competition practice, graduate design and puts forward the advanced teaching model of fostering the software innovation talents in colleges combining learning, exercise and competition.
