通过对大学生就业意向进行调查及访谈,了解到当前大学生在择业过程中对职业类型、就业区域、职业专业取向以及薪酬方面的误区,从学校层面提出了解决问题的相应对策。

Through investigation of college students＇job intention and interview, the author knows the college students errors in career classification, job area, profession orientation and salary when they choose job and puts forward some suggestions.
