摘要
采用随机抽样方式对昭通市一区三县部分农村小学的126名教师进行了问卷调查,了解昭通市农村小学教师的专业素质状况和专业发展状况,并通过对调查结果的分析,提出相应建议,以促进昭通市农村小学教师的发展。
Taking 126 teachers of some rural primary schools of one district and three counties in Zhaotong as a random sample and a- dopting quantitative approach, this paper is intended to know the professional quality and development of the teachers of the rural prima- ry schools in Zhaotong and find out the problems which go along with them, and then propose some suggestions on how to promote the development of the rural primary schools teachers on the basis of the analysis of the results.
