教师社会支持系统能为教师提供物质和精神上的帮助与支持。但中学政治教师社会支持系统目前存在"社会支持系统私人化、实利化趋势冲击教师行业"和"中学政治教师承受着额外压力源"两大突出问题。为完善中学政治教师社会支持系统,有必要通过健全制度、完善政策和构建"亲亲相助""同伴互助"机制,从外部、内部两方面着手对其进行强化。
