上颌功能性印模与解剖式印模差别分析

Differential Analysis of Maxillary Functional Impression and Anatomic Impression in Every Region

目的探讨上颌功能性印模与解剖式印模在各区域的变化。方法对同一个研究对象分别制取解剖式印模和功能性印模,测定两个模型相应点与基准点的深度变化。结果经统计学处理发现两种模型在两侧对称区域的变化差异无显著性(P>0.05),而牙区与很多区域之间差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论功能性印模与解剖式印模的差别在各个区域之间变化不一致。

Objective To discuss the variation between maxillary functional impression and anatomical impression in every region. Methods To make the anatomical impression and functional impression from every patients, and deter- mine the depth changes of reference point and corresponding point in these models. Results Statistical analysis showed that the ehanges of the bilaterally symmetrical area between the two models had no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ） , but the changes of the tooth area and many other areas had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tile changes between the anatomical impression and functional impression were not different in every region.
