摘要
总结"十一五"期间创建绿色柳钢的经验:(1)坚持管理创新,实现清洁生产;(2)坚持技术创新,实现环保效益和经济效益双丰收;(3)发展循环经济,走可持续发展道路。展望"十二五"柳钢环保工作重点。
Experiences of building green Liuzho u Steel during the period of ＂Eleventh Five-year Plan＂ were summarized such as： （1） to insist on management innovation to realize cleaner production; （2） to insist on technology innovation to achieve success both in environmental benefits and economic ben- efits; （3） to develop circular economy and set out on a path of sustainable development. And the environ- mental focus for Liuzhou Steel during the period of ＂Twelfth Five-year Plan＂ was looked forward.
