摘要
总结在柳钢焦化厂1号干熄焦进行的锅炉给水化学除氧工业试验。试验结果表明,锅炉给水温度控制在(82±2)℃,药剂配比为1:1.5时,除氧效果满足工艺要求;在使用低品质的蒸汽作为热源的条件下,化学除氧替代热力除氧的经济价值有限。
The industrial testing of chemical deoxidization for water supply of NO. 1 CDQ boiler in Coking Plant was summarized. And the testing results showed that: the deoxidization effects can meet pro- cess requirements when feed-water temperature of boiler could be controlled within (82±2) ℃ and the reagent blending ratio is 1: 1.5; under the conditions of using steam of low quality as a heat source, the e- conomic value of replacing thermal deoxidization with chemical deoxidization was limited.
