烧结余热发电技术的应用

摘要 柳钢1、2号360m2烧结机余热发电机组回收环冷1段、2段的高温废气用于发电,2012年1~9月余热发电量达14.43kW·h/t;运行初期存在固体燃料消耗上升、发电量偏低的问题,介绍改进措施。 High-temperature waste gas from zone 1 and 2 of circulating cooling section was recovered to Power Generators of No.1 and 2 Sintering Machines of 360m2 in Liuzhou Steel. The power output gener- ated by waste heat reached 14.43 kW·h/t from January to September 2012; some problems, such as high solid fuel consumption, low output, have occurred during the initial operation period, and the countermea- sures were introduced.
