摘要
介绍柳钢为提高6座高炉配套TRT的吨铁发电量,实施的稳定控制高炉煤气参数、降低高炉煤气含尘量、提高TRT机组运转时间、降低TRT机组设备故障率、在线处理插板阀煤气泄漏和杜绝TRT误操作等措施,2012年TRT机组吨铁发电量达46.84kW·h。
In order to improve the generated energy per ton of hot metal by TRT of six Blast Furnaces, the countermeasures implemented were introduced such as to control BF gas parameters stably, reduce the dust content in BF gas, improve the operating time of TRT train, reduce the equipment failure rate of TRT train and deal with the gas leakage of gate valve on-line as well as eliminate TRT misoperation, hence, the generated energy can be 46.84 kW·h in 2012.
