摘要
总结转炉炼钢厂在150t系统转炉本体设备水泵组、空调风机冷却水泵组、净环设备冷却水泵组实施的调整供水方式、匹配水泵等节能改造及其效果,对实施水泵变频调速节能进行可行性分析。
The energy-saving transformation, such as to adjust water supply way and match water pump, implemented for the water pump set used in 150t converter furnace, the cooling water pump set used in air conditioners and the cooling water pump set used in purification cycling equipments, and its effects were summarized. The feasibility of implementing frequency control for water pump was analyzed.
