摘要
针对我国黄磷企业大多采用块矿入炉,粉矿堆积如山的现状,简要阐述了2套从德国和俄罗斯引进的大型黄磷装置采用的磷矿石成型工艺,并进行了对比,认为采用磷矿石烧结工艺更适合我国黄磷企业充分利用堆积的粉矿,在合理利用磷资源的同时,降低了生产成本,并使环境得到改善。
For the current situation that most yellow phosphorus enterprises in China use lump-sized phosphorite into the furnace,with big piles of powder phosphorite,two phosphorite forming processes introduced from Germany and Russia used for large-sized yellow phosphorus plants are outlined and compared,and it is concluded that by utilizing phosphorite sintering process,it is more suitable for yellow phosphorus enterprises in China to fully utilize the piled up powder phosphorite,which,apart from properly utilizing the phosphorite resource,can also reduce the production cost,and improve the environment.
