摘要
介绍了电热法制磷电气参数中功率因数cosφ的概念、表达形式和制磷行业对功率因数的认识现状,以及制磷电炉设计、工艺对功率因数的考虑、影响等。指出重视和提高功率因数不但可获得电力部门的奖励,而且是制磷电炉节能降耗,提高经济效益的一项重要技术措施。
The concept of power factor cosφ in electrical parameters for electrothermal process yellow phosphorus production,the way of expression,and the knowledge of phosphorus production industry on the power factor are outlined,as well as considerations and effect by the phosphorus electric furnace design and process.It is pointed out that paying attention to and increasing the power factor will not only receive reward by the power authority,but also is a key technical measure to reduce energy consumption and increase the economic benefit by the phosphorus electric furnace.
