进境菠菜种子中藜草花叶病毒的免疫捕获RT-PCR检测 被引量:3

摘要 本研究基于藜草花叶病毒(Sowbane mosaic virus,SoMV)外壳蛋白基因的保守区域设计特异性引物,建立了SoMV的免疫捕获反转录PCR(IC-RT-PCR)方法。应用建立的IC-RT-PCR方法,从来自丹麦和荷兰的进境菠菜种子中检测到SoMV。这是我国进境种子中截获SoMV的首次报道。 This research had analyzed different isolates of SoMV coat protein nucleotide sequences,and designed a pair of specific primer to detect SoMV by one step immuno capture RT-PCR.Using this IC-RT-PCR method,we respectively have detected SoMV on the imported spinach(Spinacia oleracea) seeds from Denmark and Netherlands.This is the first report of the interception of SoMV from imported seeds.
