工业组织心理学中自恋人格研究述评

摘要 自恋人格是个体对于自身以及自身在他人眼中形象的过分专注和沉迷,包括自大、自我钦羡、膨胀的自我中心观和关注自己等相对稳定的个体人格特征。实证研究表明,自恋人格与许多行为结果都有密切联系,包括创造力、反生产行为、风险决策行为、绩效、领导风格和领导形成等。在此基础上,对未来值得深入研究的方面提出了一些具体建议,比如研究人员可以深入探讨自恋者做出风险决策的具体行为过程、自恋人格与工作绩效之间的调节变量、自恋人格的传染效应以及中国情境下的自恋人格量表的开发等。 Narcissistic personality is associated with extreme self - absorption and fantasies of self - image in the eyes of others, and consists of some relatively stable individual personality characteristics, such as self-aggrandizement, self-admiration, inflated self - views and egocentrieity. A handful of empirical studies demonstrated that narcissistic personality was closely related to many behavioral outcomes, including creativity, counterproductive work behavior, risky decision-making behavior, work performance, leadership style, and leadership emergence. On this review, several interesting directions for future research are raised. For ex- ample, researchers can further explore the specific risk decision - making process of the narcissists, the moderator of narcissistic personality and job performance, situational narcissism, the contagion effect of narcissistic personality, and the development of Narcissistic Personality Inventory in Chinese context.
