摘要
将古印度佛陀造像、古希腊雕塑与莫高窟北朝时期的佛陀造像进行比较发现,莫高窟北朝时期的佛陀造像在中国本土文化的影响下,其衣着既具有北方民族的特点,又有南方文化的特征,并且流露出西域的影响痕迹。由此,再次印证了敦煌莫高窟佛教艺术是多元文化的产物这一观点。
This paper, after comparing Buddha statues in the Mogao Grottoes in the Bei Dynasty with ancient Indian Buddha stat- ues and ancient Greek statues, finds out that the clothing of Buddha statues in the Mogao Grottoes, influenced by Chinese native culture, has the clothing characteristics of the people in the north of China, the features of the culture in the south of China, and some traces of Xiyu. The findings further verify that the art of Mogao Buddha statues is the product of multiculturalism.
