摘要
基于AVR设计了双层控制结构的经济型数控雕刻机的硬件系统。上位机为PC机,负责图形、文字的设计和处理;下位机由AVR单片机(Atmega2560、Atmega16)构成,负责X、Y、Z三轴走刀的控制;通过串口通信与CAN总线实现通讯。本方案可靠性高,成本低,对经济型数控雕刻机系统的设计具有一定的实用价值和参考意义。
Based on the AVR designed double control structure of the economical CNC engraving machine hardware system. PC for PC machine, is responsible for the graphics, characters of the design and processing; Lower machine by AVR microcontroller (Atmega2560, Atmega16) form, is responsible for the X, Y, Z three axis tool control; Through the serial port communication and CAN bus to realize communication. Rely on the scheme of high, low cost, the economical CNC engraving machine system design has a certain practical value and reference significance.
