摘要
变位齿轮一般用于调整中心距,改进齿轮啮合情况以及提高齿轮的抗弯强度。针对原始的正负变位存在的不足,以及在不改变中心距的情况下,对齿轮副全正变位设计的可行性进行了探索。经过设计计算和比较,找到了一种新的全正变位齿轮副的设计计算方法,为如何提高齿轮副的整体强度和使用寿命提供了新的途径。
Modified gear generally used to adjust the center distance, improve gear meshing bending strength of gear. In this paper the original positive and negative shift deficiency, distance of gears is modified design all the feasibility of the research. Through the design condition and improve the and not changing the center calculation and comparison, find a new full is shift gear design calculation methods for how to improve the whole strength of the gear pair and service life provides a new way.
