介绍通过CAXA制造工程师2011r1软件对叶片的金属铸模进行三维造型和自动编程,利用仿真功能进行仿真加工,并最终在加工中心加工成品的过程。基于CAXA制造工程师软件设计和加工,提高了铸模加工效率,缩短了生产周期,使叶片铸模的精度得到保证。
Through the CAXA manufacture engineer 2011 rl software to blade metal mold three-dimensional modelling and automatic programming, using the simulation function simulation process, and finished product finally in the process of machining center. Design and processing based on the CAXA manufacture engineer software, improve processing efficiency, thereby reducing the production cycle, make the blade mold precision guaranteed.
