摘要
在车削加工中,细长轴因其刚性较差、热扩散性能差、细长轴因其细而长等特点,使得其在车削时存在走刀时间长,刀具磨损严重的现象,因而影响细长轴工件的尺寸、形状、位置精度及表面品质。根据我们多年来的教学及生产实践,针对细长轴车削特点,在生产加工及实习中,采取反向走刀法的工艺措施车削细长轴,来保证细长轴的加工精度和加工品质,从而达到了提高生产效率,降低成本的目的。

Based on our many years of teaching and production practices, the characteristics of slender shaft turning in the production, processing and internship take slender shaft reverse Walking blade turning process measures, to ensure the slender shaft machining precision and quality, so as to achieve the purpose to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
