Research on Servicesupply Chain Management for Civilian Aircraft Maintenance

针对民用飞机维修服务供应链的网络模型、管理特性进行了研究,提出了民用飞机维修服务供应链管理的关键技术:维修服务供应链模块化管理技术,信息技术支撑的维修服务供应链敏捷化管理技术,维修服务供应链智能化管理技术。这些技术对提高民用飞机维修服务供应链管理和提高民用飞机维修服务水平有一定理论研究和实践指导意义。

Based on the analysis of the network model and management features of supply chain for civilian aircraft maintenance services, the paper draws up a few key technologies of supply chain management foreivilian aircraft maintenance service, including the modular management method, agile management method supportedby information technology, and intelligent management method. The study shows great theoretical and practical significance on improving supply chain management and the quality of the civil aircraft maintenance services.
