浅谈大型养路机械材料国产化中的若干问题

A Brief Discussion on the Material Localization Issues of Large Railroad Maintenance Machinery

在大型养路机械的国产化工作中,材料的国产化工作是必不可少而且极其重要的一个环节。从"SBC边坡清筛机"项目中的材料国产化经验入手,简要讨论了材料的分类,中美钢材标准体系的对比,材料规格及公差的处理办法以及国产化替代流程等问题,比较了中美钢材标准体系的差异,提出了大型养路机械材料国产化的工作流程和实施办法。

During the localization work of large railroad maintenance machinery, the material localization is one of the most important and indispensable process. The author discuss the material classification, comparison between Chinese and American steel standards systems, specification and tolerance differences elimination, and substitution procedure, etc., from the experience during the material localization of ＂Shoulder Ballast Cleaning Machine＂. Differences between Chinese and American steel standards systems are compared, and the working procedure and implement method of the large railroad maintenance machinery are raised.
