摘要
大型数控龙门铣床移动轴的同步性是一大难点,在用自制消隙齿轮箱传动时,同步轴的反向间隙较大,影响了同步性。通过应用双电机消隙技术解决了这个问题。
The synchronism of the movable shaft of the large scale CNC gantry-type milling machine is a difficult problem, and the reversing space of the synchronizing shaft is larger in driving of the anti-backlash gear box by self-made, which will affect the synchronism. The problem is settled through the using of the double-motor anti-backlash.
