摘要 主轴是喷气织机的关键部件,为了使其具有良好的动态特性,通过有限单元法对其动力学特性进行研究。在PRO/E平台上建立了喷气织机主轴系统实体模型,通过数据交换接口程序,在ANSYS环境下对其进行有限元建模。通过COMBI214单元模拟轴承支撑,在多载荷步作用下对该主轴系统进行模态分析,计算出了前5阶复模态频率与振型,并根据campbell图计算出了0~2 500 r/min范围内的临界转速,确定了该主轴系统在1阶临界转速以下的安全工作转速,使其在工况下的速度控制与调节更为稳定。 Crankshaft is the critical component of air-jet loom, finite element method was used to improve its dynamic characteristic. The physical model of the crankshaft was set up by PRO/E, then finite element model of it was set up in ANSYS software based on data conversion. Gyroscopic effect was considered, and the bearing was simulated by element COMBI214, then modal analysis of the crankshaft was done in effect of more load steps, as a results, the top five complex modal frequencies and vibration mode were calculated, and critical speed of the crankshaft which was from 0 r/min to 2 500 r/min were calculated based on campbell chart, at last, the safe working speed of it under the first critical speed was determined. Because of all above, the speed control and adjust in working condition would be more stable.
