青海省省属出资企业薪酬分配体系及对策研究

The System and Solving Way of Wage Distribution in Provincial Enterprises in Qinghai Province

为深入了解和准确把握当前青海省省属出资企业工资收入分配现状和主要问题,促进企业健康发展,对省属出资企业职工薪酬收入分配现状、工资管理方式和水平、企业负责人收入分配管理及职务消费等方面开展了调查工作,在调查的基础上就目前省属出资企业薪酬收入分配现状及特点进行梳理和总结,提出有针对性的解决办法和建议。

In order to understand in-depth and grasp accurately the provincial invested the status and main problems of wage and income distribution in province funding enterprises in Qinghai Province and promote the healthy development of enterprises, the wage management style and level of social welfare, wage distribution of the employee and position consumption of funded enterprise have been investigated in this paper.Based on the investigation, the status and characteristics of distribution between wage and income in the current provincial funding enterprises have been collated and summarized.Finally, the interesting ways and recommendations to solve these problems have been proposed.
