摘要
农民工教育现状主要表现在教育培训比例低、教育培训渠道少、满意度低等,其教育问题涉及多个主体(政府、企业、农民工、职业院校),政府作为教育这个准公共产品的宏观管理者,有条件也应当整合多元主体对农民工教育的供求进行调节。
The current situation of peasant-worker's further education is low education rate and satisfaction, few available channels.peas ant-worker's further education involves many subjects(government, vocational colleges, enterprise.peasant-workers).AS the administrator of education, government macro-adjustment should integrate the above subject to improve the peasant-worker's further education.
