摘要
从沟通有效性决定团队生产力这个基本认识出发,透过信息有效传达和关系纽带对沟通有效性影响的深层关系,对团队沟通的概念界定、有效性的影响因素,及其在团队多样性领域中最新研究范式下的相关研究进行了综述与展望。
This paper, from the basic knowledge of effectiveness of communication deciding team productivity, through the deep effects on communication effectiveness by effective transformation of information and relation ties, reviews relative re- searches on team communication in the latest study of team diversity, including the definition of team communication, factors influencing its effectiveness and values of communication. It points out the further research direction in the end.
