摘要
从提高煤矿通风机工作能力的角度出发,分析了基于西门子PLC S7-300(PC13C)和西门子G130变频器的远程智能通风机监控系统,系统通信模式采用了成熟的RS485总线协议。详细介绍了监控系统的组成与功能,分析了系统网络通信设计、风机驱动设计、变频器参数设置、上位机和下位机监控程序功能等主要系统设计内容。
A coal mine ventilator real-time monitoring system was designed based on Siemens PLC S7-300 and transducer G130 in order to improve the working ability of coal mine ventilator. The RS485 bus agreement was apllicated in tne communication mode of the system. Introduced the ventilation system of the prison equipped with function, this paper analyzes the network communication system design, fan driver design, frequency inverter parameter setting, PC and a lower level computer monitoring program function main system design content.
