摘要
铜陵公铁两用长江大桥3#主墩特大型钢沉井在水深流急、航运繁忙的长江主河槽中施工,全桥施工工期紧,3#墩钢沉井平面尺寸大,制造精度控制要求高,沉井分节重量大,吊装难度大。采用工厂整节段制造,现场整节拼装接高的施工方案,快速地完成了沉井施工。本文介绍了钢沉井节段制造,装船运输,现场整节段起吊拼装和接高的施工技术,可为我国特大型桥梁深水基础施工提供经验借鉴。
The oversize steel caisson construction of Tongling Highway-Railway Yangtze River Bridge 3^# main pier is in the main channel of the Yangtze River with deep water, rapid flow and busy shipping and the full bridge has a tight construction period. The steel caisson of 3^#pier has a large size plane and needs high manufacturing accuracy control, which leads the large weight of caisson section and difficulty of hoisting. This paper used the construction scheme of factory whole segment manufacturing, on-site whole segment assembling and jointing, and quickly completed the steel caisson construction. The construction technology introduced in this paper such as steel caisson section manufacturing, shipping transportation, on-site whole segment lifting, assembling and jointing could provide an experience reference for oversize bridge deep water foundation construction in our country.
