胸椎骨巨细胞瘤一例
摘要
患者男，37岁。因“双下肢麻木无力0．5年，加重伴大小便解出困难1个月余”入院。既往史无特殊。入院后体格检查：生命体征平稳．T5、T6棘突轻度压痛，剑突平面以下感觉减退，双下肢肌力Ⅲ级。外院胸椎MRI显示“T5～T7椎体结核，伴椎旁冷脓肿形成，脊髓浸润受压”。
