摘要
目的观察参麦注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度、临床疗效及对血生化指标的影响。方法 64例DPN患者分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组予甲钴胺0.5 mg肌注,每天1次并予控制血糖、血脂治疗。观察组在上述基础上加用参麦注射液100 ml静滴,每天1次。疗程均为28天。疗程结束前后抽血化验生化指标并行神经传导速度测定。结果观察组疗效和一些血粘度参数改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液可降低血FIB、D-Dimmer、HSCRP水平,从而降低血液粘稠度,改善神经滋养血管的缺血和神经细胞营养障碍,提高外周神经传导速度,这可能是它能有效治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的原因之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on DPN patients and the change of their blood bio- chemical indexes and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) . Methods 64 DPN patients are seperated as control group and ob- serve group, each group has 32 patients. Patients in control group received meeobalamin injection (0. 5mg ira. qd) for 28 days, with their blood-sugar and blood-fat been treated also. On the base of the above treatments, the observe group has added treat- ment with Shenmai injection. After 28 days, blood chemical tests was taken to compare the difference before and after the treat- ments as well as NCV. Results Patients in observe group have more improvements in their symtons than in the control group, and their blood indexes are markly better than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion Shenmai injection can lower the level of the blood FIB, D-Dimmer and HSCRP. That can lead to lowered blood viscosity and faster NCV. Then the iskemia of the nerve vessels can be softened and their nutrition can be improved. That may be the mechanism of the Shenmai injection trea- ting DPN successingly.
