摘要
目的探讨在我院两批病房实施"优质护理服务",通过调整护士排班模式,落实床边工作制进行效果对比。方法通过问卷调查198例患者,其中第一批"优质护理服务"病房58例,第二批"优质护理服务"病房140例,调查内容为服务满意度、呼叫铃响铃次数、健康知识知晓率。结果在患者服务满意度方面,第一批"优质护理服务"病房满意度为100%,第二批"优质护理服务"病房满意度为93%;两批相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在健康知识知晓率方面,第一批"优质护理服务"病房知晓率为100%,第二批"优质护理服务"病房知晓率为80%,两批相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论第一批病房开展"优质护理服务"活动以来,增强了护士的责任感及全心全意为患者服务的理念,让患者真正感受到护士的关心和爱心,真正得到护士细心、耐心的服务。
Objective To investigate the High Quality Nursing Service implemented in two wards in our department, by comparing the effects according to adjustment of ward nurse scheduling mode and the implementation system for bedside work. Methods 198 cases of patients were surveyed by qestionnaire. Service satisfaction, the number of call ring and the awareness rate about health knowledge were statistical analysed, of which 58 cases were as the first ward, 140 cases were as the second ward. Results In terms of patient service satisfaction, the first ward of High Quality Nursing' s satisfaction is 100%, the sec- ond ward's is 93%, the differences were statistical significance (P 〈0.05) ; In terms of health knowledge awareness rate, the first ward of High Quality Nursing' s awareness rate is 100%, the second ward' s is 80%, the differences were statistical signifi- cance (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Through High Quality Nursing Service, it enhances nurse' s responsibility and dedication to patient services, and makes patients feel nurse' s care and love and recieve careful and patient nurse services.
