医院感染发生对于脑卒中患者的影响

Analysis the effect of inhospital infection in patients with stroke

目的:探讨脑卒中患者医院感染的特点。方法:回顾性分析80例脑卒中患者临床资料。结果:31例发生医院感染,发生率为38.8%,死亡率为32.3%,与未感染组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:控制感染的发病率对于脑卒中患者康复具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of infection in patients with stroke.Methods Collect 80 patients with stroke were retrospectively analyzed.Results Thirty-one patients were Infected,the incidence rate is 38.8%,mortality rate is 32.3%,The difference was statistically significant to the uninfected group（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion To control the incidence rate for patients with stroke has a positive meaning.
