老年人踝臂指数与同型半胱氨酸的相关性研究

Correlation between ankle arm index and homocysteine in elderly patients

目的:探讨老年人踝臂指数(Ankle-brachial index,ABI)与同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)的相关性。方法:测量200例患者ABI,分为低ABI组(ABI<0.9)、正常ABI组(0.9≤ABI≤1.2)、高ABI组(ABI>1.2),然后检测每名患者的Hcy值,分析ABI与Hcy的相关性。结果:与正常ABI组比较,低ABI组、高ABI组Hcy水平差异均无统计学意义(P=0.409,P=0.801),Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与高ABI组比较,低ABI组Hcy水平差异无统计学意义(P=0.629)。结论:ABI与Hcy无明显相关性。

Objective To explore the elderly ankle brachial index（Ankle-brachial index,ABI） and homocysteine（Homocysteine,Hcy） correlation. Methods 200 patients with ABI measurement,divided into low ABI group（ABI 〈 0.9）,ABI group（0.9≤ABI≤1.2）,ABI group（ABI 〉 1,2）,and then detected per patient values of Hcy, ABI and Hey correlation analysis.Results Compared with normal ABI group,ABI group,ABI group low high levels of Hey were not significantly different（P=0.409,P=0.801）,Hey level had no significant differenee（P 〉 0.05）;and a high ABI group compared with ABI group,low level of Hey had no significant difference（P=0.629）.Conelusion There was no significant correlation between ABI and Hey.
